Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos at support@kennyskincare.com.
